Terms of service

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for using accurate email, shipping, billing, and contact information. If you use Google, Facebook, Apple, or another supported sign-in provider, your use of that provider remains subject to that provider's own terms and account rules.

Awakening Wear is operated by the French seller identified in the Legal Notice. Public checkout will remain closed until the verified legal name, legal form, registration details, and complete business address are published there.

Products are produced after purchase by YOYCOL in China. Ordinary screen, print, placement, and production tolerances may occur, but this does not excuse a materially incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed product.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout is limited to the 50 states and Washington, DC, excluding US territories and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. Standard Shipping, applicable tax, and the complete total are shown before payment. Customs and import treatment will follow the confirmed route disclosed before public launch.

Every paid order enters manual review before supplier fulfillment. If product information, route availability, payment state, or customer details require clarification, Awakening Wear may contact you, place the order on hold, or make a human cancellation and refund decision.

Because pieces are made to order, change-of-mind and customer-selected wrong-size, color, or design returns are not guaranteed when the selected item was produced correctly. Covered damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or confirmed-lost orders are handled under the Made-to-Order Returns Policy.

Shipping estimates require a reasonable basis. If shipment cannot occur within the promised period, Awakening Wear will provide the choices required by the circumstances, which may include agreeing to a delay or canceling for a refund.

You may request account help, OAuth disconnection, or data deletion by emailing support@awakening-wear.com. Some order, payment, fulfillment, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or support records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.

The website, brand, artwork, and product presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. These Terms do not remove any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or final governing-law and venue clause is introduced without approved legal wording.
