Shipping Policy
Awakening Wear serves the 50 United States and Washington, DC with one Standard Shipping option.
Where we ship
US territories and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses are not accepted. Alaska and Hawaii are accepted and may receive additional manual review.
The complete shipping address is collected in secure Stripe Checkout. An incomplete or questionable paid-order address remains on hold and is not sent to the supplier until an administrator resolves it.
Made-to-order timing
Production begins only after manual order review and is separate from transit time. Customer-facing estimates must be supported by current supplier evidence.
If the represented shipping period cannot be met, Awakening Wear will contact the customer with the choices required by the circumstances.
Price and customs
Standard Shipping is free when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is at least $199. The rate below that threshold is displayed before payment.
Customs, duty, and importer statements shown at checkout will follow the confirmed import arrangement. Awakening Wear does not promise duty-free or DDP delivery without written evidence.
